William R & Esther V. Ellis Scholarships are awarded on a First-Come, First Serve, Financial Need Basis.

To apply for a the Scholarship, print out the Camp registration form and fax or mail it in along with the $25 Camp Registration Fee and the following to the address on the form:
Include:

1. A letter of recommendation from a music teacher.
2. A letter from a parent or guardian stating the financial need for the scholarship
3. A letter from the student applying stating the why he/she wants to attend the camp

Even if you are a beginner, you may be eligible for scholarship. Scholarships are given in increments of Partial and Full Scholarships. Again, Scholarships are awarded on a First-Come, First Serve, Financial Need basis. The amount of Scholarships available is limited, so, to be considered, it is suggested that you apply early.
